Shipping Policy

Self Collection

An email or WhatsApp messge will be sent once the goods are ready for collection at the retail outlet during check-out. Self-collection time will be based on the outlet opening hours.

Local Islandwide Delivery

Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be to the address in Singapore you have provided in your order. We will endeavor to make delivery within five (5) working days of our email confirming that we have accepted your order; however, the delivery time is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.

Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Saturday 9am to 10pm.

1. There will be a delivery charge varying from $7.50 to $30 for purchases less than $80 depending on weight & dimensions of parcels.
2. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery.
3. There will be a $10 charge for re-scheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery(as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.
4. For purchases below $80, customers may choose to use of appointed courier services charges as low as from SGD$7.50.
