The 3M 6200 Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator is a medium-size reusable respirator from the 3M 6000 Series, designed for use in industrial, maintenance, painting and other work environments where respiratory protection may be required.
Constructed with a soft, lightweight thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) facepiece, the respirator is designed for comfortable wear while its adjustable 4-point head harness allows the user to achieve a secure fit.
The respirator uses the 3M bayonet-style connection system, allowing compatible 3M cartridges and filters to be attached according to the specific workplace hazard. Its swept-back cartridge positioning helps maintain visibility and balance during use.
The facepiece can be disassembled, cleaned and reused, while replaceable filters and cartridges allow the respirator body to remain in service over multiple applications.
When properly fitted and used with the appropriate approved 3M cartridges or filters, the 6000 Series can provide protection against selected particulates, gases and vapours according to the applicable cartridge/filter approval and usage requirements.
