The Makita DDF487RFJ 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Driver Drill is a compact, battery-powered tool designed for drilling and fastening applications. Equipped with a brushless (BL) motor, it provides a maximum fastening torque of 40 N·m and features electronically controlled motor operation to optimise battery energy usage for longer runtime per charge.
Featuring a compact 150mm-long design, the DDF487 is suitable for drilling and screwdriving tasks where manoeuvrability is important. Its variable 2-speed transmission delivers 0–500 RPM (Low) and 0–1,700 RPM (High), allowing users to select the appropriate speed for different applications.
The drill features a 13mm keyless chuck for convenient bit changes, along with 20 clutch settings and a dedicated drilling mode for improved fastening control.
The DDF487RFJ package includes two 18V 3.0Ah Li-ion batteries, a rapid charger and a Makpac carrying case.
