RJ London Silicone Release Agent is a ready-to-use aerosol spray designed for mould release, cleaning and lubrication applications. Suitable for plastic and rubber processing, it can be used on injection moulding equipment, mould surfaces and roll coating machines.
The spray produces a fine mist that forms a thin, uniform silicone film on mould surfaces, helping moulded components separate easily from the mould. A single application may provide sufficient release performance for several moulding cycles, making it economical for repeated use.
Its odourless spraying characteristics and ability to operate in any position make it suitable for use in confined or narrow working areas, provided adequate ventilation is maintained.
