Soudal Soudafoam FR HY is a high-yield, moisture-curing polyurethane (PU) expanding foam designed for filling and insulating joints, gaps and openings in fire-resistant building systems.
Formulated for passive fire protection applications, Soudafoam FR HY provides fire resistance of up to 240 minutes in selected tested joint configurations in accordance with EN 1366-4.
Suitable for use in fire-resistant joints, building openings and selected window, door and penetration details, the foam expands upon application to fill gaps and cavities.
Its high-yield formulation provides up to 25% additional yield, making it a practical solution for construction, installation and fire-resistant sealing applications.
