MATERIAL: Mainly composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt. Tungsten carbide has the advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance, toughness, and wear resistance. It also has stronger heat resistance than high-speed steel, so it can maintain hardness even at high temperatures.
TiALSiN COATING: The coating is made of Titanium Aluminum Silicon Nitride (TiALSiN). It offers high hardness and high-temperature resistance, with good chip removal performance.
COMPATIBILITY: The square end mills are suitable for most desktop CNC machines as well as industrial CNC machines. Please ensure you select the correct-sized collet for your device.
